Kelley Doocy, DVM DACVIM (Cardiology)

Dr. Kelley Doocy is an Oklahoma native. She completed both her bachelor and veterinary medical degrees at Oklahoma State University, obtaining her DVM in 2011. After graduating from veterinary school, Dr. Doocy moved to Sacramento, CA for a medical and surgical small animal rotating internship.

She then participated in a one-year cardiology specialty internship in Los Angeles, CA and a one-year emergency and critical care specialty internship in Tucson, AZ. After completing a three-year cardiology residency at Texas A&M University (2014-2017), Dr. Doocy obtained board certification as a veterinary cardiologist. Dr. Doocy has been working in clinic settings and remote telemedicine since 2017. She is passionate about finding innovative ways to diagnose and treat veterinary cardiac disease.

While she loves all aspects of veterinary cardiology, her specific professional interests include long term management of acquired and congenital structural cardiac disease and diagnosis and treatment of complex arrhythmias. In her free time, Dr. Doocy enjoys spending time with her two young daughters, her husband, and their two French Bulldogs, Mon Amie, and Clementine.
