Good Communication Means Better Case Management and Less Stress
We know it can be stressful when you have a sick or injured pet. That’s why, in addition to specialty expertise, you can also expect compassionate care for your pet and considerate communication for you and your veterinarian.
We make the process of seeing us simple. Either you or your doctor can make the appointment to see us. We will arrange to get a copy of your pet’s records (including labwork and xrays) or you may be asked to bring them with you.
Our customer care team is available by phone Monday through Sunday, 7:00am to 5:00pm. If you have an emergency or your pet is staying with us, after hours phone calls will be directed through Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care.
