Hila Hjorth, LVT, Therapist Assistant

Hila was born and raised in Berlin, Germany. After receiving a Masters in International Business Relations she moved to Las Vegas in 2006 and worked for major casinos for 5 years. Hila then decided to follow her true passion and attended PIMA medical institute where she received her Veterinary Technician License in 2013. She worked in general practice for 5 years until she realized how important physical rehabilitation was after an injury and surgery of her own. She then decided she wanted to join the Physical rehabilitation team at LVVSC. Hila is currently attending the University of Tennessee to receive her CCRP. When she’s not studying Hila spends her time with her four rescue dogs hiking and traveling. She also enjoys reptile medicine and tries to learn as much as she can from her reptiles and amphibians that she has at home.


The Las Vegas Veterinary Specialty Center is a specialty practice comprised of dedicated, board certified and residency trained doctors, licensed veterinary technicians, and support teams who are highly trained in cardiology, internal medicine, oncology, ophthalmology, surgery, neurology, and physical rehabilitation.
